On October 8, the seventh round of the Shell Helix F4 Championship came to an end. Leong took the lead through the finish line in the seventh round, with He Zijian and Chang winning two rounds of F4 and CFGP.

Race day is dry, all cars are equipped with the official designated tires - Kumho ECSTA S700 tires to fight. At 9:30 Beijing time, the competition officially began. Leong and He Zijian took the lead into bend 1, and Hong Shijie overtook He Zijian to move up to second place. Chang launched an attack on Cheng Tao, successfully completing the transcendence from the inside line.
Entering the second lap, Leong maintained the lead, Gao Yujia consecutively overtook Cheng Tao and Liu Tiezheng, Pang Changyuan in the 4th bend overtooked Lu Junjie rose to 10th place. Huang Weifu slipped on the 10th bend and was overtaken by Yu Songtao and Zeng Yucheng.
Leong continuously refreshed the fastest lap in the field, Huang Weifu and Yu Songtao in the 7th bend accident, Huang Weifu car front wing fell off, the two cars smoothly returned to the race. He Zijian launched an attack on Hong Shijie, narrowing the gap to 0.45 seconds, Zheng Yingcong in the 3rd corner from the inside line to surpass Zhu Yuanjie to fourth place, Yu Songtao also successfully overtook Huang Weifu in the 1st corner.
Halfway through the race, Liang Hanzhao established a 4.628-second lead, with Zhu Yuanjie, Chang and Li Sicheng competing for third place. He Zijian from the inside line over Hong Shijie rose to 2nd place, He Zijian in the 1st corner to hold the position, Hong Shijie locked the tire. Liu Tiezheng slipped into the buffer zone at bend 4 and he successfully returned to the race.
In the final moments, Leong took the lead, With He Zijian winning the seventh round of the F4 and CFGP groups by 0.48 seconds, and Chang was runner-up in the F4 and CFGP groups. Four to twelve are Zhu Yuanjie, Gao Yujia, Liu Tiejun, Lu Junjie, Li Sicheng, Pang Changyuan and Zeng Yucheng. The Master group champion is Yu Songtao.
