Blackarts  Racing Team is a Hong Kong and mainland registered limited company operating headquarters in zhuhai, guangdong, China, the zhuhai international circuit (ZIC). The team was founded in 2015 by four driving enthusiasts. Xuanfeng's ambition is to become the dominant force in Asian racing, providing young drivers with opportunities to participate in the sport. Xuanfeng racing school consists of a team of experienced racing coaches and mechanics providing the highest level of racing services.
